Maintenance Manager 100% Permanent Contract (M/F/D)

Responsibilities

• Carry out preventive and corrective maintenance operations on production installations and equipment
• Diagnose mechanical faults and carry out repairs as quickly as possible to limit production downtime
• Proceed with dismantling, reassembly, adjustment and alignment of various industrial equipment
• Participate in overhaul, modernisation and continuous improvement work on installations
• Check the proper functioning of machines after intervention and ensure their safe return to service
• Collaborate with production teams as well as technical services to ensure optimal equipment availability
• Complete intervention reports and monitor maintenance operations in dedicated tools
• Comply with safety, quality and environmental procedures in force within the company

Profile

• Federal Certificate of Competence (CFC) as industrial maintenance mechanic or multi-skilled mechanic
• Proven experience in industrial maintenance, ideally in a production environment
• Strong knowledge of industrial mechanics; skills in hydraulics, pneumatics or electricity are an asset
• Good ability to diagnose faults and work independently
• Comfortable reading mechanical plans and technical documentation
• Team spirit, sense of responsibility and excellent organisation
• Proactive, rigorous and solution-oriented personality
