What you will do here
- Support and advise all organizational units of BFH in the area of data protection as part of the Data Protection Office
- Respond to deletion and information requests as well as handle data protection incidents
- Record the personal data collections maintained at BFH and conduct ISDS analyses
- Implement the Information Security and Data Protection Management System (ISDS-MS) together with the Chief Information Security Officer
- General legal advice, especially for researchers in the areas of contract law and intellectual property law
What you ideally bring with you
- University degree as a lawyer with special expertise in cantonal, national, and European data protection law and data protection practice
- Knowledge or strong affinity in the areas of IT and data security
- Expertise in the field of contract law and intellectual property law
- Resilient, reliable, assertive, and team-oriented personality with high commitment and independent, structured working style
- Communicative and confident expression (German spoken and written, good French and English skills)
