For our client, an innovative company in the field of customised technical solutions, we are looking for a strong leader to head a specialised manufacturing department. In this versatile role, you will be responsible for the production of individual products and small series and coordinate collaboration with adjacent technical areas. In addition to production planning and quality assurance, your duties will also include the professional leadership of the team and occasional assignments at customer sites.
- Plan and coordinate manufacturing processes for customised single items and small series
- Ensure timely execution of orders while meeting quality requirements
- Work closely with the departments of development, design, and project management
- Provide professional support to employees, distribute tasks, and promote efficient collaboration
- Support assembly, commissioning, and service work directly at the customer site as needed
- Continuously improve production processes and coordinate the required resources and materials
- Further education at HF level in electrical engineering, systems engineering, or production is an advantage
- Several years of experience in electrotechnical manufacturing, assembly, or production of customised technical products
- Initial leadership experience or demonstrable ability to guide employees and take responsibility
- Good understanding of electromechanical relationships and technical production processes
- Confident use of MS Office; ERP knowledge is an advantage
- Customer-oriented, proactive personality with organisational skills and enthusiasm for a varied leadership role
- Fluent German language skills
- Responsible leadership role with scope for creativity

- Several years of experience in electrotechnical manufacturing, assembly, or production of customised technical products
- Initial leadership experience or demonstrable ability to guide employees and take responsibility
- Good understanding of electromechanical relationships and technical production processes
- Confident use of MS Office; ERP knowledge is an advantage
