- Development and maintenance of relevant documentation (e.g., processes, checklists, instructions)
- Coordination with specialist departments, IT, projects, and external partners
- Participation in the development of an ISMS and transition to regular operation
- Progress monitoring, reporting, and escalation in case of deviations
What you bring:
- At least 3 years of experience with ISO/IEC 27001/27002 and the implementation of information security requirements
- Practical experience in building and operationalizing security policies
- Experience with gap analyses and implementation plans

- Ability to document complex requirements clearly and implement them in a structured manner
- Confident stakeholder management and moderation between IT, specialist departments, and management
- Skilled prioritization of measures in the context of limited resources
- Independent, structured, and solution-oriented working style
- Very good German skills; English is an advantage
Our offer
