Your tasks, you…
- support an existing channel and distributor for the following product groups: smartphones, tablets, smartwatches, accessories, and Samsung solutions (KNOX, DEX, etc.)
- acquire new customers and manage the existing portfolio
- analyze the development of sales and profit
- create reports on customer development
- identify countermeasures in case of deviations from target values
- prepare forecast planning (sell-in & sell-out) for assigned customers and per product group
- develop, implement, and adjust the sales strategy per customer segment
- coordinate sales measures and promotions with product management and marketing
- participate in national and international meetings and trade fairs
Skills and Qualifications
Your profile, you…
- have completed further training in sales (e.g., as a Sales Manager or similar)
- bring at least 5 years of experience as a Key Account Manager in a similar environment
- have experience in mobile B2B business (advantageous)
- have very good German and English skills in spoken and written form, French is an advantage
- have a comprehensive understanding of the digital customer journey and can apply it in the sales process
- are communicative and dynamic
- work as a team player in international environments
- show interest in innovations
