You support the team management with residential, commercial and condominium portfolios
You look after tenants, owners, caretakers and craft businesses
You independently handle administrative and organisational management tasks
Depending on experience, you take on apartment handovers and further tasks
You provide occasional support with administrative work in the fiduciary environment
Qualifications:
Completed commercial basic training
Further training as a property management clerk
At least three years of experience as a clerk in property management
Very good German skills; English skills are an advantage
Precise, efficient and strongly service-oriented working style
