We are looking for an HR clerk (70-80%) for our team
Your tasks
- Ensure personnel administration: support entry and exit processes, prepare employment contracts, work certificates and job advertisements, correspondence with employees, authorities and social insurances, prepare statistics
- Assist with payroll accounting including annual financial statements
- Responsibility, organization and coordination of internal training for apprentices in commercial professions as well as support for other apprenticeships in fabric production and logistics
- Support in the recruitment process
- Advice and support for line managers in all personnel matters
- Support & advice for employees in all personnel matters
- Organization of personnel events
- Deputy for the head of human resources
Your qualifications
- Commercial basic training with further education in HR
- 2–3 years of professional experience in HR
- Confident German, any additional language is an advantage
- Very good knowledge of the MS Office suite, flair for modern IT applications
- Organizational and planning talent with structured work and networked thinking
- Socially competent, discreet and trustworthy personality
- Service- and solution-oriented, flexible, team player
