Your tasks
- Professional and medical responsibility for the treatment of acute psychiatric patients in an interdisciplinary treatment team in home treatment
- Conducting system discussions
- Professional leadership and supervision of assistant doctors
- Co-design and implementation of projects for professional and institutional development
Your profile
- Completed or well-advanced specialist training in psychiatry and psychotherapy (external year, inpatient experience, 1st FPP completed)
- Experience in outpatient and/or inpatient psychiatry
- Very good knowledge of German
- Reflective, communicative and team-oriented personality with an independent working style
- Enjoyment of responsibility and active participation
