Under professional guidance, individual skills are promoted, aiming for an independent way of working, which also maintains the connection to the working world. The economic yield of one’s own work performance gives employment in our printing centre a meaningful significance and contributes to the structuring of the day.
The printing centre is managed according to economic principles. At the same time, we strive for an operational structure that is best aligned with the needs of our employees with psychological impairments. On behalf of the disability insurance, we also carry out specific reintegration measures.
