Our client is an established company with a customer-oriented environment and is looking to strengthen the team with a committed individual for customer service. In this versatile role, you are the central point of contact for customer concerns and contribute to high customer satisfaction with your service-oriented approach.

Your tasks

• Handling written and telephone customer enquiries in German as well as French and/or Italian
• Telephone back-office support and professional correspondence with customers
• Receiving, processing and following up on complaints and grievances
• Forwarding complex enquiries to the responsible specialist departments
• Recording and documenting customer interactions as well as maintaining master data in the system
• Conducting research, clarifications and administrative tasks to find solutions

Your profile

• Completed basic training with a federal vocational certificate (EFZ) or equivalent qualification
• Professional experience or further training in customer service, customer support or customer consulting
• Very good user knowledge of Microsoft Office programmes
• Very good German skills in spoken and written form as well as a confident oral and written expression
• Very good knowledge of French or Italian (at least level C1) in spoken and written form
• Customer-oriented, reliable and communicative personality with an independent working style
