This is what your job will look like

You are responsible for the administration and stable operation of our central Netscaler, firewall, and network environment.
You monitor, analyze, and resolve disruptions as well as security incidents.
You design and carry out migration projects.
You identify and analyze customer requirements and business processes.
You develop, monitor, and configure automation environments.
You perform proactive maintenance work to ensure IT operations.
You train employees and maintain comprehensive operational documentation.
You work closely with the Service Delivery Team to optimize support processes.

What you should bring

You have completed training or studies in computer science or business informatics.
You have extensive knowledge in the area of Netscaler.
You have several years of experience in the firewall area (FortiGate), with data center networks (preferably HPE), and are familiar with Linux or are willing to familiarize yourself with these topics.
You possess strong analytical skills, initiative, and pronounced problem-solving competence.
You work in a structured, goal-oriented manner and keep an overview even in hectic situations.
You have very good German skills and good English skills.
