New Build Marketing Consultant
Your Tasks
- Management of new build marketing mandates
- Advising clients throughout the entire marketing process from preparation to contract conclusion
- Conducting pitches with potential clients including the creation of convincing presentations
- Presenting properties on site, involving regular travel within the market area
- Developing marketing concepts in collaboration with our internal and external contacts
- Implementing marketing strategies and plans within the specified budget
- Organising and conducting consultation meetings
- Preparing purchase contracts in coordination with authorities and handling the entire transfer process
- Recording all activities in the CRM/agent tool for comprehensive and professional customer management
Your Profile
- Training in real estate marketing at least at FA level
- Extensive expertise and several years of experience in marketing new build projects with demanding clients
- Strong communication skills, empathy as well as confident, persuasive manner with polished etiquette
- Confident stakeholder management at a high level
- Enthusiasm for customer contact and talent in building and maintaining sustainable relationships
- Fluent German skills in spoken and written form, very good English skills
- Proficient use of MS Office and strong affinity for digital tools
