What to expect
- You independently lead the Family Support and Domestic Services specialist area and develop it further together with us.
- You ensure needs-based, effective, and economical service delivery.
- You conduct needs and requirement assessments and derive appropriate measures from them.
- You are responsible for quality assurance and conduct quality visits with our clients.
- You acquire new clients and actively develop our services further.
- You plan the professional induction of new employees and are an important contact person in the specialist area.
- You accompany and support the practical training of our apprentices in the domestic services area.
- You work closely with internal and external specialist offices and ensure good information flow.
- At the same time, you remain close to the core business and also take on assignments in day-to-day operations.
- You contribute to the further development of our quality management and our offerings.
What you bring
- Training as a domestic services specialist or health / care specialist with experience and proven performance in the other area – or a comparable qualification.
- Experience in a specialist responsibility or coordinating role is an advantage.
- Enjoyment in accompanying and training apprentices.
- An independent, solution-oriented, and responsible working style.
- Enjoyment in collaborating with different stakeholders and interdisciplinary work.
- Very good German language skills, spoken and written.
- Good user knowledge of Microsoft Office and common digital tools.
- Driving licence category B.
