Your main tasks:

• Site and surface preparation: Cleaning and meticulous preparation of walls, ceilings and façades (renovation or new construction).

• Application of coatings: Applying paints, lacquers, varnishes, wallpapers and glass fibre fabric with careful application.

• Specific techniques: Mastery of rendering techniques (e.g. Marmoran type), installation of perimeter insulation, mesh installation, and machine spraying (plastering/painting).

• Finishes: Ensuring high-quality finishes and maintaining site cleanliness at the end of work.

• Compliance with standards: Strict application of safety and hygiene rules on site.

• Training: Holder of a Federal VET Diploma (CFC) as a painter or proven professional experience in the trade.
• Technical skills: You master the choice of materials, colour preparation, filling, and working on various materials (metal, wood, plastic).
• Autonomy: Ability to work alone or in a team depending on the size of the site.
• Mobility: Driving licence (own vehicle preferred) and good mobility in the region.
• Personal qualities: Rigour, precision, punctuality and good team spirit.
