Logistics and Warehouse Compliance Specialist (m/f/d)

As a first-tier supplier to our renowned business partner, F. Hoffmann-La Roche Ltd. in Basel, we are immediately seeking a motivated and committed Logistics & Warehouse Compliance Specialist for a temporary assignment of 1 year, with the option of extension.

Tasks & Responsibilities:

• Independent reading of transport temperature data from goods receipt and checking of checklists for correct completion
• Verification of all goods receipts for the specified transport temperature
• Support of the Business Circles of Logistic Solutions in all GxP-related questions
• Assuming ownership and responsibility for handling deviations and changes in Veeva
• Proactive involvement in process optimisations and quality improvements

Must Haves:

• Completed vocational training or a completed Bachelor’s/Master’s degree, ideally in the pharmaceutical industry or pharmaceutical logistics
• Ideally 3-5 years of professional experience in the GMP / GDP area
• Experience in GxP deviation and change management
• Experience in handling GxP documents
• Very good German skills (C1) and English skills (level B2) in spoken and written form
• A high degree of structured and independent working style combined with strong customer orientation as well as a professional and proactive approach to all stakeholders
• Excellent team and social skills as well as a team-oriented mindset
• A high degree of proactivity and personal responsibility in an open and collaborative environment
