draughtsman architecture / building draughtsman / technical architect, 80-100% (m/f/d)

tasks

• you are responsible for the technical project processing
• you are responsible for preparing building permit and submission documents and independently handle the building application
• you also prepare execution, detail, and working plans
• furthermore, you support the project and construction managers during execution and coordinate with specialist planners, authorities, and external partners
• you share responsibility for meeting deadlines and quality and maintain project documentation
• additionally, you handle tenders, conduct site inspections, and assist with building approvals
• the workload can be between 80 and 100%, depending on your preference

requirements

• you have training as a building draughtsman, draughtsman specialising in architecture, construction draughtsman, or architect (m/f/d)
• you also have experience in execution and detail planning of building projects
• knowledge of Swiss construction and approval regulations as well as confident use of CAD programmes are also important prerequisites
• do you consider yourself structured and independent with enthusiasm for technical project implementation?
