- You manage the content process for ewz.ch from conception to publication.
- You design, create, and maintain user-centred content in the CMS.
- You coordinate the specialist departments and accompany content projects through to implementation.
- You continuously develop the content standards and content guidelines.
- You analyse content performance and derive optimisation measures from it.

- You have solid experience in content management as well as with enterprise CMS.
- You think holistically in content processes and continuously develop standards with a high quality standard.
- You confidently coordinate different stakeholders and enjoy working interdisciplinarily.
- You quickly recognise optimisation potential and implement improvements independently.
- You have basic knowledge of UX writing, SEO, and web analytics.
