Site Supervisor Assembler 100% (m/f/d)

What is my role?

You take on the site supervision and coordination of assembly projects on site at the customer

• You manage and monitor the proper assembly and installation

• You lead your assembly team and instruct employees

• You are the contact person for customers, clients and other trades on the construction site

• You ensure compliance with deadlines, quality standards and safety regulations

• You document the work progress and prepare site reports

• You accept completed work and hand it over to the customer

What do I need to be successful?

You have completed technical training, ideally as an assembler, mechanic or in a related profession

• You bring several years of professional experience in assembly and ideally first experience in site supervision

• You have leadership skills and can motivate and guide teams

• You work independently, in a structured manner and keep an overview even in stressful situations

• You are communicative and customer-oriented

• You hold a driving licence class B, ideally also BE

• You are willing to undertake assemblies throughout Germany or abroad
