Responsibilities:

• Prepare, set up, and operate the workshop's CNC machines.
• Prepare machining programmes and make necessary adjustments.
• Check the quality and conformity of machined parts.
• Identify and correct any defects or malfunctions.
• Carry out routine maintenance of machines and their work environment.
• Collaborate with technicians and other workshop members.
• Actively participate in the continuous improvement of production processes.

Profile sought:

• Professional training in carpentry, cabinetmaking, or equivalent training.
• Experience in using CNC machines.
• Good mastery of woodworking manufacturing and machining techniques.
• Ability to read plans and find technical solutions.
• Comfortable with computer tools and CNC programming software (Cadwork, Lignocam, etc.).
• Autonomous, precise, and organised person.
• Team spirit and good communication skills.
• Rigorous and quality-oriented approach.
