Inside Sales 100% (m/f/d)

What is my role?

This is how you will spend your time:

• Support of our main market Switzerland with a focus on the French-speaking part for all product lines and services

• Support of subsidiaries or OEM customers if required

• Responsible for the entire sales process from quotation processing to payment receipt

• Providing information on product and service range as well as stock levels and delivery times

• Coordinating customer orders with our internal departments

• Keeping track of ongoing quotations and orders

• Supporting field sales staff and project managers

What do I need to be successful?

You bring the following:

• A technical basic education as an electrician or from the electrical sector with additional commercial training (commercial school or technical business administrator) or a commercial basic education with an affinity for technology

• Initial professional experience in inside sales, preferably in the electrical or IT environment is an advantage

• Ideally SAP experience as well as good MS Office skills

• Fluent German language skills

• Very good French skills (mandatory for customer support in the French-speaking part of Switzerland)

• Good English skills and preferably Italian skills

• You are a dynamic, responsible and proactive personality who can prioritise correctly even in hectic times and acts customer-oriented
