Role:
On behalf of a client, we are looking for a strong leadership personality to further develop the logistics organisation for an internationally active company in electrical and building technology. The company develops and sells high-quality electrotechnical products and system solutions and impresses with innovative technologies, efficient processes, and the highest quality standards.
Responsibilities:
Professional and personnel management of the logistics team
Ensuring smooth operations in goods receipt, storage, and dispatch
Coordination and monitoring of daily logistics processes
Responsibility for timely provision and delivery of customer orders
Optimisation of storage, picking, and shipping processes
Monitoring of inventories and support during stocktaking
Ensuring compliance with quality, safety, and process standards
Analysis of key figures and initiation of improvement measures
Close cooperation with purchasing, sales, production, and supply chain
Support for digitalisation and automation projects in the logistics environment
Qualifications:
Training as a logistics specialist EFZ or technical basic training in the electrical field (electrical installer EFZ, assembly electrician EFZ, automation technician EFZ)
Further training as a logistics specialist with a federal certificate or process specialist with a federal certificate
Several years of experience in warehouse or distribution logistics
Initial leadership or coordination experience in an industrial or technical environment
Good ERP knowledge as well as very good German skills
