After agreement

Your tasks

• Recognise and quickly handle irregularities / damages
• Daily inspection of goods in the transhipment warehouse
• Conduct targeted interviews with customers / partners to clarify circumstances
• Manage irregularities / damages according to guidelines
• Ensure daily activities through active collaboration to guarantee a high quality of service

What you bring

• Commercial employee training with professional experience, preferably in transport or shipping
• Quick comprehension and ease in written & oral communication
• Performance, teamwork skills as well as confidence and calmness in varied situations
• Living near our branch
• Very good knowledge of French (min. C1) and German (min. B1)
• Ease in business correspondence
• Experience with MS Office, SAP an advantage
