What Awaits You
As a lawyer specialising in pensions and compliance, you are part of the Legal and Compliance Department of Mobilière Suisse Life Insurance Company Ltd in Nyon, responsible for legal support for our Pensions departments as well as their clients.
What You Can Achieve With Us
Your main task is to support internal departments, as well as general agencies, with all questions relating to life insurance (notably LCA, inheritance law, contract law, insurance supervision law, etc.).
In collaboration with the Group Compliance Office in Bern, you are the contact person for compliance matters and to handle all requests in this area (notably AMLA, LPCC, DPA, FINSA, FINMA circulars, etc.).
Thanks to your analytical skills and interpersonal ease, you participate in the implementation, within Mobilière-Vie, of legislative changes and ensure monitoring of legislative and case law developments.
What You Bring
- University degree in law, a lawyer’s diploma is an advantage
- Experience in the insurance sector and ideally in compliance
- Analytical mind with a strong work ethic
- Sense of responsibility and team spirit
- Excellent knowledge of German (Swiss) and French
