Schlieren is a dynamic, growing city in the Limmat Valley with around 20,000 residents. As a reliable employer, the city of Schlieren offers a professional environment to deliver excellent services.
With a differentiated range of care and support services at three different locations, the city enables around 150 older residents with varying care and support needs to have a homely environment with professional services. Around 130 employees and trainees ensure the well-being of older people in the Sandbühl retirement center as well as in two different nursing homes and in assisted living at Bachstrasse and Mühleacker.
We are looking for a
Team Leader in Care and Support 80 - 100 %
Your main tasks
- Professional, personnel, and administrative leadership of the care team
- Coordination of care processes, conducting employee discussions, and operational planning
- Co-responsibility for quality assurance in the area of care and support
- Ensuring coordinated, patient-centered care
- Participation in the care of residents
- Responsible for the training of students and trainees
Your profile
- Completed training as a qualified nurse HF/FH
- Professional and leadership experience in long-term care
- Completed leadership training or willingness to complete it alongside work is actively supported
- Experience in long-term care, especially in palliative care settings and dealing with dementia
- Experience in coordination, planning, and coding of the RAI process
- Organizational skills, resilience, and enthusiasm for innovation
