Interface & Automation Product Specialist (French-speaking Switzerland) 100% (m/f/d)

What is my role?

• Technical advice and support for the Interface & Automation range (by phone, via MS Teams, on site)

• Preparation, analysis and follow-up of offers

• Management of warranty cases, complaints and returns

• Participation in the launch of new products and delivery of internal training

• Independent management and coordination of customer projects

What do I need to succeed?

• Excellent command of French AND German (minimum B1 level) - essential

• Technical training (electrical engineering, automation, mechatronics or equivalent)

• Experience in technical support and/or sales of technical solutions

• Strong affinity for technology and enjoyment in collaborating with customers to find suitable solutions

• Autonomous, structured and solution-oriented working method

• Team spirit and good interpersonal skills

• Residence in French-speaking Switzerland
