Your Tasks

Responsibility and further development of HR controlling
Preparation and analysis of personnel data and management of the staffing plan
Creation of forecasts, various evaluations and scenarios to support strategic personnel planning
Participation in HR digitization projects and optimization of data processes
Consulting HR business partners and supervisors
Support and further development of HR IT systems (HRIS), Swiss Salary, E-Recruiting Umantis, PEP, UKG etc.
First and second level support for users
Creation of process documentation and manuals

Your Profile

Degree in business administration, controlling or business informatics
Experience in HR controlling and HR IT
Very good Excel skills and data analysis competence
Knowledge of HR processes and the healthcare sector is an advantage
Structured, precise and independent way of working
