Your Tasks
- Responsibility and further development of HR controlling
- Preparation and analysis of personnel data and management of the staffing plan
- Creation of forecasts, various evaluations and scenarios to support strategic personnel planning
- Participation in HR digitization projects and optimization of data processes
- Consulting HR business partners and supervisors
- Support and further development of HR IT systems (HRIS), Swiss Salary, E-Recruiting Umantis, PEP, UKG etc.
- First and second level support for users
- Creation of process documentation and manuals
Your Profile
- Degree in business administration, controlling or business informatics
- Experience in HR controlling and HR IT
- Very good Excel skills and data analysis competence
- Knowledge of HR processes and the healthcare sector is an advantage
- Structured, precise and independent way of working
