Senior Consultant Gynaecology & Obstetrics (80-100%)

A modern acute care hospital with an established women’s clinic offers the full spectrum of gynaecology and obstetrics. Approximately 1,300 inpatient women are cared for annually and around 500 births are supported. The women’s clinic is characterised by a collegial working environment, interdisciplinary collaboration, and modern infrastructure. The position is suitable both for experienced senior consultants and for specialists shortly before obtaining their specialist title.

Your tasks:

• Independent management of gynaecological and obstetric outpatient clinics
• Participation in the surgical spectrum as well as in the delivery room
• Involvement in emergency, night and weekend duties
• Supervision and training of assistant doctors
• Interdisciplinary collaboration with various specialist departments
• Active involvement in the further development of the women’s clinic as well as in internal and external training

Your competencies:

• Specialist title in gynaecology and obstetrics or shortly before obtaining it
• Initial leadership experience or interest in a senior consultant role
• Enjoyment of surgical and clinical work
• Team-oriented, committed and responsible personality
• Very good German language skills (at least C1)
