construction project manager for demanding buildings (m/f/d)

tasks

• you lead the entire project process and coordinate the internal and external parties
• you act as the link between planning and execution
• together with your team, you handle tenders and ensure that standards and laws are complied with
• furthermore, you are responsible for costs, deadlines and quality of your projects
• as an active team member, you support the project staff in carrying out their tasks
• you also conduct construction commission meetings and keep their minutes
• timely tendering and awarding of work categories also belong to your responsible tasks
• the compilation of contract annexes, the organisation and management of inspections as well as defect rectification complete your demanding area of responsibility

requirements

• you can demonstrate training / further education as an architect ETH/FH, construction manager HF with practice as a project manager or a comparable qualification (m/f/d)
• construction professionals such as architectural draughtspersons / building draughtspersons with further training as construction technicians, site managers, construction managers or in project management are also very welcome
• furthermore, you bring professional experience in the realisation of demanding real estate projects
• do you also consider yourself to be skilled in negotiation, communicative and always keep an overview?
