Trainee Site Manager

Our building project team in the canton of Vaud is looking for a trainee site manager to support the execution of new construction projects and assist with site monitoring.

Tasks: Trainee Site Manager

What will your tasks be as a Trainee Site Manager?

• Accompanied by our experts, you will have technical, administrative and financial responsibilities for your site.
• You will need to oversee planning, organisation, and probably the management of teams and subcontractor partners.
• You will manage, with some autonomy, compliance with safety regulations as well as the quality of the work provided.
• For the administrative management of the site, you will discover calculations, offers and share possible optimisations with us.
• You will need to prepare quotes, productivity calculations and ensure monthly delimitations, as well as client and supplier invoicing and accounting follow-up.
• After a few months, you will have gained a very good first experience that will help you better understand the delivery of a major project!

What are your skills as a Trainee Site Manager?

• Bachelor’s degree obtained, you are in the final year of a Master’s degree in Civil Engineering.
• You have perfect command of French; German is a plus.
• Interest in the execution of large-scale projects in the building sector.
• You have your own transport to travel to construction sites.
