- You take customer inquiries, orders, and complaints by phone and convince with your competence and cleverness
- You process written inquiries and emails from customers flawlessly
- You manage attractive customer mandates and continuously expand your expertise in customer service

- Working hours from Monday to Friday 07:00 to 18:00, as well as on Saturdays 07:00 to 12:00
- One late shift per week is expected: 10:00 to 20:00
- Swiss German/German is your mother tongue
- Italian or French in spoken and written form at least level B2/C1 expected
- You enjoy dealing with customers and like to work in a lively team
- Good PC skills are a requirement
- You are looking for a hybrid work model in which you can also work from home
- A clean criminal record and debt collection register extract are required for employment
- Pleasant working atmosphere, careful training, and individual support
- Attractive employment conditions according to the collective labor agreement of the contact center industry
- After the starting salary of CHF 4,314 (100%), your salary will increase by 4% per year in the first two years
- Start on September 1, 2025, work quota 80 - 100% possible
- After the training phase (probation period), home office is possible
