Care Assistant SRK Long-Term Care (Sonnenhof)

• The Sonnenhof offers both an inpatient area and outpatient support in the retirement apartments.
  
• Your shifts take place between 21:15 and 07:10.
  
• You competently and reliably carry out basic care
  
• Care is an integral part of your work
  
• You report observations and changes and document them using our digital tools
  
• You make decisions independently within your area of responsibility and act accordingly
  
• You appropriately involve relatives of our residents
  
• Supporting and promoting our interns is part of your role
  

• You have successfully completed the SRK Care Assistant course and may already have some experience
• You find it easy to connect with residents and maintain relationships
  
• You reliably complete tasks within your area of responsibility
  
• Your high social competence is convincing
  
• You communicate well both orally and in writing
  
• Your open and friendly nature delights residents and the team alike
  
• You handle hectic and unexpected situations calmly and thoughtfully
  
• You are familiar with digital tools
