What you can achieve
- Further develop leadership tools and materials: You support the development, translation and finalisation of our central leadership tools and materials.
- Create learning and communication content: You prepare existing content, further develop training and communication materials, and make complex topics simple and understandable.
- Co-design new learning formats: You contribute creative ideas and support the conception and development of modern, practice-oriented learning offerings.
- Utilise digital possibilities: You use modern tools and AI purposefully to create, translate and further develop content efficiently.

- You are pursuing a bachelor's or master's degree, ideally in business psychology, business administration, communication, education or a related field.
- You are interested in leadership, learning and organisational development and want to gain practical experience in an international company.
