ARCHITECT / SITE MANAGER 80-100% M/F/D

As Deputy Manager of Ramseier Integral AG, you will accompany a team of professionals and contribute your expertise to the successful implementation of construction projects.

The position

• You independently manage small to medium renovation and new construction projects in various project phases
• You calculate construction projects according to BKP or eBKP-H and prepare cost plans as well as construction budgets
• By managing the construction accounting, including trade-specific bookings, you maintain control over project costs
• You carefully prepare client meetings, present the project overview including cost status, construction progress and schedule control, and create and edit the meeting minutes
• You compile application dossiers for total service competitions
• As a coach, you support the internal site managers and project managers

Your profile

• Ideally, you have an architectural or construction-technical education with appropriate further training (e.g. as architect, technician, site manager or construction supervisor) as well as relevant experience in site management
• You bring experience in calculating small to medium construction projects and in preparing tender documents
• Initial experience in general contractor and total contractor projects is essential
• You have sound knowledge in project development, especially in market analyses, profitability calculations and financing concepts
• Your negotiation skills in dealing with authorities, investors and external partners distinguish you
• Decision-making ability and competence in risk management are among your strengths
