These are your tasks
- Professionally advise and support the Finance & Services area you manage along the entire HR life cycle in a partnership-based manner
- Be a competent contact person for managers and employees on all personnel-related topics
- Be responsible for the entire recruitment process and attract new employees for ewb
- Support managers in operational and strategic HR and leadership issues and take an active role in further developing the area together with the department management
- Actively shape and implement change processes and reorganizations in a results-oriented way
- Further develop and efficiently implement HR processes and tools for your area
- Participate in cross-departmental HR projects and working groups and contribute your expertise
What distinguishes you
- University degree (business administration, psychology, or similar) or HR specialist certificate
- Several years of experience as an HR Business Partner
- Independent and proactive working style combined with strategic thinking and operational implementation strength
- Enthusiasm for working with different stakeholders in a collegial and trusting work environment within a structured and development-oriented corporate context
- Good communication skills for building trusting relationships and a confident, assured presence at all hierarchical levels
