Your area of responsibility
- Planning, creation, and optimization of CRM campaigns
- Conducting A/B tests as well as ongoing optimization based on performance data
- Development of customer segments and loyalty programs
- Creation of promotion and landing pages, including writing texts and integrating them into the CMS
- Support of VIP players
- Creation and management of an appealing casino cross-selling experience
- Campaign reporting with commercial analysis
- Building and optimizing automated customer journeys and personalized campaigns
- Close collaboration with the marketing department, all teams in the online gaming department, as well as external teams
What you bring
- Experience with Customer Relationship Management or marketing
- Good knowledge of CRM platforms and various marketing channels (email, SMS, push notifications)
- Good understanding of CRM strategies and practices (including development and optimization of customer lifecycles)
- Combination of creative thinking and technical understanding for data-driven marketing processes
- Very good work organization, high customer orientation, and motivation
- Confident handling of data analyses and KPI evaluations
- Experience in the gambling industry is an advantage
- High communication skills and professional, friendly customer interaction
- Flawless German language skills, additional languages are an advantage
- Willingness to work weekends and evenings (e.g., customer support at events)
- Impeccable reputation (criminal and debt register extracts will be requested before contract signing)
