What is my role?
Planning and control of the entire production chain - from order scheduling to finished décolletage parts
Coordination between sales, production and purchasing for smooth material flow and optimal machine utilisation
Monitoring of production orders in the ERP system and ensuring timely availability of all production documents
Proactive action in case of bottlenecks: You find quick solutions for material or capacity shortages and ensure adherence to deadlines
Preparation of meaningful key figures for the daily shopfloor meeting - so that all parties keep an overview
Shaping warehouse optimisation and active participation in continuous improvement processes
What do I need to be successful?
Completed technical training as a polymechanic or production mechanic - ideally with experience in décolletage, precision manufacturing or comparable production environments
Further training as a process specialist, technician HF or similar
Several years of experience in production planning or supply chain management - you know the challenges of manufacturing first-hand
Strong sense for optimisation potential and the ability to communicate and implement it clearly
Pragmatic "can-do mentality" with networked thinking - you keep an overview even in hectic phases
Reliability and punctuality are a matter of course for you, precise work is in your blood
Open communication on equal footing and proactive working style characterise you
Business fluent German; French and English skills are a plus
Confident handling of MS Office and ERP systems
