Your mission
Ensure the reception, safety, care and educational support of the entrusted children, in collaboration with the team, respecting the educational project and the institution’s values.
Main responsibilities
Welcome children and their families in a respectful and professional manner.
Provide support to parenting.
Ensure the psychological, emotional and physical safety and well-being of the child.
Play a leading role in managing a group of children, in team animation and proposing suitable recreational activities.
Carry out a preventive role with the child and their family.
Collaborate and communicate actively with the site management and the entire educational team.
Contribute to creating a pleasant and motivating work environment respecting the values of the Babilou group and each individual’s personality.
🤝 Your profile
Holder of a CFC diploma as Socio-Educational Assistant or equivalent recognised by the competent authority.
Native French speaker with a good level of English (an asset).
Good interpersonal and organisational skills
Versatility, flexibility and enthusiasm
Work ethic and sense of responsibility
Ease of communication, listening skills and team spirit
