About the job
Bringing a building out of the ground, robust, beautiful, efficient, sometimes even exceptional: more than a job, it is a challenge that excites us every day.
At Swissroc, our commitment to our clients does not end with handing over the keys. Maintaining a high level of quality after delivery, quickly finding effective solutions and managing unforeseen events: this is what ensures the longevity of our client relationships.
To support our development, we are looking for an After-Sales Service Site Manager to join our Quality division. Based in Geneva with the rest of the team, you will also regularly work in the Bussigny area, where our second headquarters and several of our sites are located.
Your mission
You take charge of after-sales service requests following the delivery of our works, from their reception to their closure. In this capacity, you:
Analysis and diagnosis
Ensure an effective and complete handover of information between the Works teams and the after-sales service once the work is delivered.
Analyse requests from a technical and contractual perspective based on observations, plans, revision files, contracts and applicable standards.
Carry out site visits, surveys and diagnostics to identify the origin of defects.
Analyse responsibilities with regard to work contracts and guarantees from suppliers and subcontractors.
Assess the compliance of interventions with applicable regulations and standards.
Management of interventions
Define remedial solutions, consult companies and establish provisional budgets.
Develop a detailed schedule for each intervention according to deadlines and the availability of teams, materials and equipment.
Plan, coordinate and supervise on-site the interventions of companies and subcontractors, respecting quality, deadlines and safety.
Monitor costs, commitments, deadlines and administrative documents for each file, and control expenses.
Client relations
Communicate clearly with clients, project owners, property managers and buyers, and obtain approvals after each intervention.
Conduct negotiations to find balanced and satisfactory solutions while preserving the commercial relationship.
Represent Swissroc with professionalism, diplomacy and commitment during interventions.
Traceability and continuous improvement
Ensure traceability of your activities in Procore, Monday, WorkControl and our other internal tools.
Write reports and intervention sheets (steps completed, materials used, associated costs) and monitor corrective actions.
Develop feedback sheets at the end of each intervention: lessons learned, solutions implemented, best practices.
Identify non-conformities and recurring causes, propose preventive actions and participate in the continuous improvement of internal processes.
Contribute to the technical skills development of the Quality division, notably in HVAC according to your profile.
What we expect from you
After-sales requests handled within contractual or agreed deadlines, with complete and up-to-date follow-up in our tools.
Interventions carried through to their closure, with approvals obtained from the concerned parties.
Budgets controlled: any deviation is reported before ordering additional services.
Each intervention documented in a clear report: observations, responsibilities, chosen solutions, costs and deadlines.
Feedback and preventive actions that improve the quality of our future projects.
Your profile
Essential
Technical training in construction: Federal VET diploma, federal certificate, ES technician, site manager or equivalent training.
Concrete professional experience in site management, after-sales service, technical maintenance or coordination of interventions in construction.

Strong technical knowledge of construction and good understanding of interfaces between trades.
Ability to read plans, diagrams, revision files and contractual documents, and to establish responsibilities.
Knowledge of warranty principles and contractual responsibilities.
Autonomy in planning, consulting and coordinating companies, budget monitoring and work control.
