Job description:
As an IAM Expert - Microsoft EntraID, you will join our team in Lausanne to support one of our clients by managing, evolving, and securing digital access and identities, while ensuring compliance and performance of authentication systems in a demanding and secure environment.
Responsibilities:
- Maintain the AM (Microsoft EntraID) technology roadmap, aligning it with the IAM services roadmap and enterprise architecture.
- Translate architectural principles and strategic objectives into concrete technological evolutions (upgrades, replacements, new capabilities) of the Microsoft EntraID platform.
- Ensure the EntraID platform supports the organisation’s goals (Zero Trust, cloud adoption, multi-factor authentication, automation).
- Maintain technological governance of the EntraID platform and ensure compliance with internal security policies, regulatory requirements, and audit expectations.
- Oversee system integrations with the AM EntraID platform (SSO, centralised authentication and authorisation, federation, provisioning) to ensure adherence to secure design principles and approved protocols.
- Be the primary technical contact for engineering and cybersecurity teams during the design, development, and implementation phases of solutions.
- Participate in solution reviews to validate technical feasibility and ensure compliance with architecture and security standards.
- Provide level 2 (L2) support for all incidents and requests related to the Microsoft EntraID platform.
About you:
- 7 to 10 years of experience in managing AM technologies and planning their lifecycle.
- Proficiency in key AM technologies such as Microsoft EntraID: App Registration, Enterprise App, Conditional Access Policies, Identity Protection, access review (SC-300 certification is a plus).
- Strong understanding of AM standards and protocols: OAuth 2.0, OpenID Connect (OIDC), SAML, SCIM, Kerberos.
- Knowledge of Defender for Cloud Apps and its interaction with Entra Identity Protection.
- Proven experience in support management (ITIL certification is a plus).
- Fluent in English. Native French speaker.
- Demonstrates strong analytical skills and the ability to solve complex problems.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Results-oriented and able to manage priorities in a demanding environment.
