About the job
For our unique centre specialising in people with intellectual developmental disorders at the attractive location Windisch (SIWF training centre), we are looking for a suitable reinforcement immediately or by agreement as
Tasks
- Independent evidence-based integrated diagnostics and therapy within the framework of the operational concept and professional standards in inpatient and outpatient settings
- Careful structured case documentation and report preparation
- Leadership and supervision of assistant doctors and psychologists
- Networking/collaboration with involved parties (GP, hospital, relatives)
- Participation in interdisciplinary meetings
- Collaboration in the multiprofessional and interdisciplinary team
- Further development of the psychiatric treatment and training offerings according to management guidelines
- Participation in the PDAG duty system
Profile
- Completed specialist training in psychiatry and psychotherapy
- Interest in special and specialised areas
- Sense of responsibility, reliability and teamwork in line with our values of courage, commitment and trust
- High social skills, independent and efficient working style as well as high resilience
