- Lead assembly teams technically
- Ensure occupational safety and train employees in regulations, standards, and instructions
- Build and operate network systems in medium and low voltage networks
- Make connections in the distribution network and in substations
- Provide on-call service
- Take on the role of the team leader's deputy

- Basic training as a network electrician EFZ
- Further training as a network specialist with federal certificate or diploma in network electrician master or higher technical school
- Experience as a group leader desired
