Comprising two accommodation sites, three Temporary Reception Centres (CAT) and protected apartments, the Clémence Foundation aims to respond to the diversity of situations and the evolution of ageing through a wide range of personalised offers and services. Profile sought:

• HES diploma in nursing or equivalent and recognised qualification
• Dynamic personality, capable of taking initiative
• Ability to manage priorities and sense of responsibility
• Very good team spirit and analytical skills
• Availability and flexibility
• Knowledge of Humanitude® an asset

Your missions:

• Various technical care, holistic support
• Organisation and supervision of the nursing team’s work
• Substitution for the head nurse of the service
• Contribution to the establishment’s projects
• Assistance with daily living activities and attention to relational needs
• Assuming the role of situation referent
• Development of clinical skills and active participation in medical visits

Activity rate: 90%
