Polymechanic – CNC Manufacturing (Turning/Milling)
Tasks
- Operate CNC machining centres in turning and milling
- Support production processes by setting up the machines
- Manufacture individual parts and medium-sized series to quality standards
- Carry out inspections of first pieces and intermediate series statuses
- Monitor tools, replace them and make programme corrections
Requirements
- Completed vocational training as a Polymechanic with a Federal VET Diploma (EFZ)
- Experience in chip-removal manufacturing
- Knowledge of Fanuc and Siemens controls is an advantage
- Independent and precise working style
- Willingness to work in a two-shift system
