About the job
Your Area of Responsibility
- Professional responsibility for the launch and introduction of new products / product adjustments or measures for product positioning
- Analysis of the profitability of the product range and initiation of measures for profitable growth
- Interface management and support of the department management in conducting various committees
- Provision and communication of product-relevant information across various hierarchical levels
- Further development of the underwriting process as well as regular review of acceptance guidelines
- Development of optimisation proposals for the product range
- Preparation of product descriptions, training materials and concepts
- Independent conduct of internal product training and support for external product training
- Market and competitor observation and derivation of courses of action
- Creation of product concepts and business plans
Your Experience
- Expertise in the field of occupational pensions
- Degree (ETH/University/FH) with a focus on mathematics, natural sciences or economics
- Enjoyment of conceptual, analytical work
- Experience in project and product management
- Deep and broad general understanding of life insurance
- Enjoyment of communication and presenting
