What is my role?

• Programming with Mastercam

• 5-axis milling machines and turn-mill centres

• Assistance with production planning

• Optimisation of programmes

• Assistance with setting up complex components

What do I need to be successful?

• Completed training as a polymechanic

• Solid experience in CNC programming, ideally with Mastercam, Mill Turn 2D, 3D

• Knowledge of handling 5-axis milling machines and turn-mill centres

• Technical understanding of complex manufacturing processes and component geometries

• Independent and precise working style as well as quality awareness

• Teamwork skills and willingness to collaborate with production planning

• Solution-oriented thinking in optimising programmes and processes
