To strengthen our team, we are looking for you: a committed, service-oriented, and entrepreneurial-minded personality as Shop Manager at Thömus AG.

Your tasks – You make a difference:

• You lead your team of sales and service staff so that every customer receives exactly the bike that meets their individual needs and requirements.

• You ensure that our sales area feels like a modern bike meeting point – inspiring, high-quality, and well-maintained.

• Listening, thinking along, recommending the right bike – that’s exactly your thing! As the top salesperson of the branch, you motivate your entire team to go the extra mile in sales.

• You develop smart sales strategies for your region and ensure that our sales and budget targets are not only met but exceeded.

• Whether consulting, feedback, or complaints: you always find the solution that truly helps the customers, combining empathy and professionalism, making our after-sales a real plus.

• You keep an eye on your KPIs and derive clear measures to achieve the goals.

Your profile – this is what you bring:

• You have completed training as a retail specialist EFZ or an equivalent qualification.

• You have completed the trainer course or are willing to do so.

• You are used to leading a team.

• Your strength lies in communication; you are a team player with a hands-on mentality, even in stressful phases.

• As a communicative and leading personality, you bring initiative and quality awareness.

• Your pronounced passion for bikes and your professional appearance make you the ideal contact person in the shop.

• You have a high customer and service orientation, are actively sporty, and enjoy selling high-quality bikes and suitable accessories.

• You are an excellent host for our customers and share the joy of bikes with them.
