Responsibilities:
- Organise, clean and maintain the work premises as well as kitchen equipment in good condition
- Store all cleaned items in the designated areas
- Wash kitchen equipment in compliance with all procedures and hygiene standards established by the school
- Ensure that all access and circulation areas in the kitchen are clear and clean
- Use cleaning products and machines according to technical requirements
- Ensure proper waste management and transportation
Profile and experience:
- Minimum 1 year of professional experience in a similar position
- Knowledge of HACCP standards
- Flexibility with working hours
- Team player, dynamic, rigorous, efficient, versatile
- Sense of cleanliness and initiative
- Fluent French, English is an asset
- Driving licence is a plus
