To strengthen our finance department, we are looking for a reliable, structured and numbers-oriented personality. In this role, you will take on a central role in financial accounting and work closely with our external financial partner.

• Management of the general ledger and ensuring correct and timely accounting
• Ensuring proper posting of all business transactions
• Handling or ensuring accounts payable and receivable accounting including dunning, especially as a deputy
• Responsibility for payment transactions and monitoring of cash flow
• Assisting with quarterly and annual financial statements under the professional guidance of our external financial partner
• Preparation of financial key figures, statistics and evaluations for management and board of directors
• Assisting with budgeting, liquidity planning and monitoring of financial resources under the professional guidance of our external financial partner
• Professional leadership, promotion and support of the finance clerk
• Ensuring clear task distribution and deputy arrangements

Nice to have:

• Experience in monthly payroll processing
• Recording and control of payroll-relevant changes
• Reports and changes with social insurance
• Correspondence with social insurance carriers

• Professional qualification in finance and accounting or currently in training
• At least 3 years of experience in a comparable role
• Experience with leadership or specialist responsibility is an advantage
• Very good IT user skills
• Advanced Excel skills
• Very good German skills in spoken and written form
• High affinity for numbers and analytical thinking
