What you achieve
- Together with an interdisciplinary team, you develop digital and physical products (prevention modules and other prevention offers) to prevent occupational accidents, non-occupational accidents and occupational diseases and accompany them throughout their entire lifecycle.
- You drive the further development of an effective prevention culture and create conditions for sustainable behavioural changes among our customers.
- You effectively anchor and communicate the values and principles of the Safety Charter in projects, products and collaboration with our customers.
- You actively connect and utilise internal competencies from occupational safety and health protection (consulting, training, enforcement) as well as leisure safety, thereby increasing the impact of the campaigns.
What you bring
- You have education and training in product management and/or project management (IPMA, IHK) and bring in-depth experience as a project leader and/or in product management.
- You have already gained work experience in occupational safety and health protection as well as leisure safety, for example as a safety officer.
- A positive and solution-oriented can-do personality as well as a strong affinity for digitalisation, new technologies and modern communication tools characterise you.
- You have very good German skills and good French skills.
