You will move this
- Independent preparation and cooking of all dishes in the hot and cold kitchen
- Organization of the daily routine
- Supervision of food distribution and participation in "Front Cooking"
- Planning, preparing, and cooking food for special events
- Preparation of production for the coming day
- Proper acceptance, storage, and documentation of goods, operating and cleaning materials

- Completed training as a cook or comparable professional experience

Since 2005, we at Schiffcatering Thunersee have been serving passengers on the scheduled, event, and charter ships of BLS shipping between Thun and Interlaken West. Since January 1, 2018, we have also been allowed to serve guests on Lake Brienz between Interlaken Ost and Brienz as Schiffcatering Thuner- and Brienzersee.
Your place of work
In our 7-day operation, you passionately ensure that our guests are spoiled daily with culinary delights. You work without room hours and with regular days off in various shifts from 08:00 to 21:30, depending on the duty roster.
